He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hughes (Mike Garrett) of Waynesville, Becky Fleming (Donald) of Tipp City and Chip Russell of Piqua; his grandchildren, Amy Ratermann (Fred), Megan Robinson (Terry), Justin Stafford, Jarrod Stafford (Jendayi), Ashley Stafford, Aaron Wendling, Sydney Bowers and Dalton Russell (Kerrie); his great grandchildren, Crile Staudt, Trenton Robinson, Jersey Robinson, Amaya Johns, Aubrey Stafford, Alden Stafford and Elias Russell; and his brother Donald Russell (Janet) of Chillicothe.
