He is survived by: his children, Tamara Smith (Scott) of Arcanum and Andy Carter of Englewood; his grandchildren, Lucas Jackson (Tristin) of Greenville, Lane Jackson (Taylor) of Vandalia, Isabella Smith of Troy and Abigail Shuemake (Brian) of Dothan, AL; his great grandchild Knox Jackson of Vandalia; his sister Julieanne Hallman (Harry) of Charlemont, MA; and his close friends, Allen and Nancy Massie of Piqua.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Deacon's Fund.
