He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tolbert and Mary Lucille Tolbert (Cartwright); his children, Terry D. Tolbert and Sharene Diane Spade; and his siblings, Daniel Tolbert and Patricia Mansman.
He is survived by: his wife June Tondelayo Tolbert (Webster); his grandchildren, Zachariah Spade and Sundara Spade; and his great grandchildren, Milani, Ava, Memphis and Aubree.
