He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ray and Edith Widener (Conrad); his son Thomas Widener; his grandson Mark Dobbs; and his sister Mary Kirves.
He is survived by: his wife Stephany Widener (Cook); his daughters, Carla Widener Sola (Stephen) of Ashburn, VA, Marcy Widener Humes (Eric) of Nashville, TN and Angela Dobbs (Timothy) of Brownsburg, IN; his brother Raymond Widener of Troy; his grandchildren, Timothy "TJ" Dobbs, Rachael Dobbs, Emily Sola, Hannah Humes, Christopher Sola, Zachary Humes and Owen Widener; and his great grandchildren, Alexandria and Jack.
