She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis George and Grace George (Leinnger); her siblings, Eugene, Ronnie and Anna Marie Kiphart of Texas; her daughter-in-law Donna D. Welbaum of Troy; and her friends, Gerri Chronabery and Rodger D. Welbaum.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Welbaum (Troy), Dennis Welbaum (Troy) and Rhonda Studebaker (Jason) of Greer; her grandchildren, Tabytha Studebaker and Brandon Studebaker; her brother Anthony Dwayne George (Margie) of Medway, Ohio; and her brother-in-law Gilbert Welbaum (Troy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear family friends.
