He was predeceased by: his father Ross E. Parker I; and his sisters, Sharon Volk and Carol Liveston. He is survived by: his sister Pamela Frisch (Ken) of Bowling Green, OH; his brother-in-law David Volk of Cincinnati, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin, Joshua, Michael, Janice, Julia, Autumn, Cheyenne, Brianna and Larissa.
