He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Jennings Baker and Ruby Robinson Baker; his sister Brenda Farrell (Baker); and his daughters, Lisa R. Spangenberger and Lori A. Fair.
He is survived by: his wife Jean C. Baker; and his children, Kathryn S. Yingst (Paul) of Lima, Joan E. Green (Brian) of Troy, Ohio., Fred Fair (Linda) of Vandalia, William R. Baker (Cheri) of Punta Gorda, FL and Thomas D. Baker (Kim) of Swanton, Ohio.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
