He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Ann Isner (Hart); his children, Mark Allen Isner (Tracy) of Troy and Penny Isner Hamm of Scottsdale, AZ; his sister Patricia "Pat" Isner White of Grafton, WV; and his grandchildren, Brooke Wheeler (Josh), Allyson Isner and Bryce Hamm.
