She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris E. Curtis and Carmen; her son Jerry Heitzman; and her grandparents, Goldie and Gerald Heaton.
She is survived by: her stepmother Grace Curtis (Heaton); her cousins, Tom Curtis (Carol), Pam Reenter (Ed) and Linda Brant; and her close friend DeDe Mott.
