He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Oscar Baker and Josephine Baker (Weinert); his brother Larry Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Baker, Rose Mary Grevenkamp, Mary Jane Koenig, Betty Koenig, Michael Koenig, Ralph Grevenkamp and Philip Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Mark A. Baker of Colorado and Stephanie M. Waller (Michael) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Oscar R. Baker, Oliver J. Baker of Colorado, Max M. Silk, Josephine B. Silk and Matthew Waller of Pleasant Hill; his siblings, Thom Baker (Marsha) of Piqua, Leesa Baker of Piqua and Molly Cameron (Scott) of Piqua; and his siblings-in-law, John Koenig of Granville, Sara Kreitzer (Joseph) of Botkins, Jean Evans of Fairborn and Judy Heitkamp of Minster. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
