He is survived by: his mother Julie; his wife Collette Renee; his daughters, Brittany Williams (Jeff) of Sidney and Alicia Welch of Bellefontaine; and his stepchildren, Ashley Hutchinson (Ryan) of Troy, Michael Malone of Piqua, Alyssa Malone of Troy and Austin Malone of Piqua. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
