She is survived by: her mother Amy Eidemiller; her husband John Suber; her children, Emily Fox, Dustin Fox and Tarah Boyer (Josh); her grandchildren, Brayden Fox, Ella Boyer and Beckham Boyer; her stepchildren, Michael Suber (Molly), Abby Seymour (Thomas) and Christopher Suber (Mollie); her sisters, Jane Worthington (Gary) and Ann Horner; and her pet Heidi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Suzan's honor to Day City Hospice (7601 Paragon Rd. Suite 201 & 203, Dayton, OH 45459).
