It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa E. Smith in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Henry Fugate; and her granddaughter Peyton Hill. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Fugate; her children, Regina D. Fromholt and Matthew D. Smith; her grandchildren, Cierra Hill, Kyle Fromholt and Addison Fromholt; her great grandchild Beau Rausch; her close friend Dave Thompson; her brother Leonard (Cheri); her half-sister Delina Johnson (Steve); and her uncle Everett Mathews. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
