He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie E. Hawkins and Ruby Jane Hawkins (Kessler); his brothers, S. Eugene Hawkins, Kennah Hawkins and Billie L. Hawkins; and his nephew Robert Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hawkins (Butt); his children, Windy Hawkins, Sarah Willis (Adam) of Ansted, WV, Randi Finney (Josh) of Dayton, Evan and Luke Hawkins of Troy; his grandchildren, Cheynne Davis, Sierra Clark, Payton Clark, Eli Willis, Ella Willis and Cori Finney; his great grandchildren, Xander and Audi; and his siblings, Shelby Woolley (Frank) of Fletcher, Joyce Ramsey of Edmond, WV and Johnny Hawkins (Valorie) of Tonkwa, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
