He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Lee and Carolyn Lee Oldham (Reeder); his daughter Rhiannon Butler; his grandparents, Lester, Edna Oldham, Harold and Evelyn Reeder; his brother Paul Oldham; his aunts and uncles, Marilyn Peake, Rosalyn Shawler, Jill Oldham, Jack Shawler, Daniel Lagant and Joseph Michael Oldham; and his cousins, Terry Peake and Jeremy Hottle.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Oldham; his children, Emily Oldham (John Gormley), Eryn Oldham, Amanda Ogden (Justin), Savannah Pauley (Richard), Madison Baker (Wesley), Christina Stivers, Dylan Thrift, Devan Thrift and Saxon Butler (Taylor); his grandchildren, Harper, Mason Gormley, Leo, Lincoln Brown, Hudson and Brielle Butler; and his siblings, Daniel Oldham (Abbi) and Rachel Fleming (Ryan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
