He is survived by: his children, Jordan Evans (Kayleigh Pitman) of Sidney, Tiffany Evans of Sidney, Bethanie Evans of Jackson Center and Jeremiah Evans of Jackson Center; his siblings, Randy Evans of Piqua, Dean Evans of Piqua, Angela Hohlbein of Piqua and Jodell Wehrley of Piqua; and his grandchildren, Jacob Evans, Karsyn Evans, Scarlett Eley and Nylah Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
