He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ruffin and Pauline Ruffin (Conrad). He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Ruffin of Carmel, IN, Mary Ann Chaney of Troy and Michael Ruffin (Mary O'Connor) of Troy; his siblings' children, David Ruffin, Holly Myers (Tom), Laura Chaney (Brett Bogan), Suzanne Chaney, Jonathan Chaney, Sean Ruffin, Ben Ruffin (Alison), Patrick Ruffin and Alex Ruffin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zachary Ruffin, Adrian Bogan, Lliam, Miles, Addiline Ruffin, Charlie and Sam Ruffin; and his pets, Clayman and Willow.
A prayer will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (555 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Animal Shelter.
