He was predeceased by: his father David; his wife Dawn I. Stoker; and his sister Vicki Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Rager (Bob) of Lima, Charles Warner (Peggy) of Sidney and David Stoker (Emily) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Shaylin Kiehl, Ty Kiehl, Kimberly Burton, Jaden Warner, Samuel Stoker and Axyl Wombles; his siblings, Jim Stoker (Polly Fackler) of Ottoville, OH, Cheryl Miley (Tom Briggs) of St. Marys, OH and Kimberly Stoker of Centerpoint, LA; and his pet Grace. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
