She is survived by: her husband Albert Wayne Bellamy; her children, Tammy Chaney (Randy) of Troy and Brian Bellamy (Amber) of Troy; her grandchildren, Tara, Trace Chaney, Ayden, Nathaniel, Breanna and Jackson Bellamy; and her sister Betty Jo Malone of Dayton.
