We are sad to announce that, on October 1, 2022, at the age of 65, Vickie Jo Partin of Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Bell; her son Jesse T. Partin; her grandson Braylon; and her siblings, Rick Bell, Glenn Lee Bell Jr. and Teresa Whitten.
She is survived by: her children, Josh Sowers (Angie Hall) of Troy, Jeremey Sowers (Amber) of Troy, Jason Christopher Sowers of Troy and Melissa Jo Partin of Troy; her grandchildren, Dylan, Paige, Vincent, Chase, Serenity, Trinity, Jason, Cayden, Weston, Victoria, Violet, Addison and Bexley; and her siblings, Tracy Gawronski, Susie Gansheimer, Craig Bell and Mark Bell. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
