It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Knapp of Troy, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Knapp and Ellen Marie Knapp (Oburn); his granddaughter Lexus Lewber; and his brother Don Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Cathy S. Knapp (Gearhardt); his children, K. Angie Knapp of Troy, Kent A. Knapp (Heather) of Centerburg and Kristin E. Lewber (John) of Troy; his grandchildren, Isaac, Elijah, Lydia, Levi, Asa, Caris, Matthias and Zadok Von Walter Knapp; his siblings, Ralph Knapp (Kitty) of Troy and Cathy Staton (Paul) of Troy; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Knapp and Kay Knapp; his pet Sophie Lynn; and his brother Excavating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
