He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest M. Wagner and Marie M. Wagner (Douthitt); his brother Bernard C. "Bernie"; and his sister-in-law Annabelle Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wagner (Smith); his sons, David Wagner (Tina) of The Villages, FL and Tim Wagner (Tina) of Troy, OH; his grandchildren, Douglas Wagner (Crystal) and Arika Wagner (Nathan Bishop); and his great grandchild Gianna.
