She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Basler and Evelyn Basler; her husband Richard G. Powers, Sr.; her daughter Carole Ann Powers; her grandson Devin Powell; and her brothers, Robert Jr. and Charles Basler.

She is survived by : her children, Paula Shimensky (Christopher), Teresa Powell (Mark), Richard G. Powers Jr. (Deanna) and Ronn Powers (Holly); and her sisters, Sue Bertleff (Richard) and Frances Misterka (Adam). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
