She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis; her parents, John Howard and Elsie Bolyard; her daughter Tracy; and her brother John.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Denise), Kevin and Todd (Julie); her siblings, Loretha Annon, Kathleen McDaniels (Gene), Mary Rose Scheffler, William "Bill" Bolyard and Donald Bolyard (Patsy); and her grandchildren, Sean, Derek, Darron, Nathaniel, Ashley, Brittany and Taylour. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
