She is survived by: her family Phyllis; her children, Melissa Sablack and Michael Sablack (Nikki); her grandsons, Miles Gonzalez, Jake Sablack, Daniel Gonzalez and Tyler Sablack; her sibling's children, Marie Peters, Philip, John and Daniel Harmon; and her husband Sam Sablack.
A reception was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 9733 Firelands Dr, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
