We announce the death of Cathy L. Howell of Uhrichsville, Ohio, who passed away on July 14, 2026, at the age of 67. Cathy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Cathy will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Cathy’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lewis and Thelma Irene Mahaffey. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Howell (Connie), Jeff Howell and Adam Howell; her granddaughter Gabriella Howell; her siblings, Randy Mahaffey, Dannie Smith, Betty Meek and Jim Mahaffey; and her pet Chi Chi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
