She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Jean Burdette (Bloom). She is survived by: her father David Melvin Burdette of Uhrichsville; her spouse Terry Lynn Smith; her children, Ashley K. Smith-Springs (Mark) and Dustin D. Smith (Gabrielle); her grandchildren, Kenzleigh Spring, Isabelle Clegg, Ryker Smith and Hudson Smith; her brothers, Brian Burdette (Shelly) and David Burdette, Jr. (Lori); and her nephew Bud Burdette (Heather). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as many dear friends.
