Faye Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faye Phillips of Uhrichsville, Ohio, who passed away on August 14, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Armstrong and Mary Armstrong (Orr); her brothers, Butch and Jimmy Armstrong; and her husband Gail L. Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Phillips (Susan) of Rush and Leroy Phillips (Kim) of Uhrichsville; her grandchildren, Lukas Phillips (Angelica), Lorna Waters (Tyler), Logan Phillips (Rie) of Japan, Kristy Dickey (Zethan), Natalie Dennis (Mitchell), Nicole Miller (Jonathan) and Nicholas Phillips (Brittany); and her siblings, Doe Vermillion, Doris Ann Jobe (John), Gary Armstrong (Nancy) and George Armstrong (Cindy). She is also survived by her sixteen great grandchildren.
