Jacqueline L. Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 8, 2026, at the age of 82, Jacqueline L. Smith of Uhrichsville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Pauline Cavanaugh; her husband Fred L. Smith; and her brother-in-law Frank Golec. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Cannon, Julie Erickson and Kelli Giumenti; her stepson Frederick Smith (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Ty, Chase, Austin, Andrew, Steven, Cole, Emma and Landon; her great grandchild Cooper; her siblings, Sandy Golec, Bonnie Jean Sparkman (Bob) and William E. Cavanaugh, Jr. (Betty); her aunts, Judy Williams and Shirley Ross; and her uncle Richard Huston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Those wishing to honor her memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to Strait Gate Baptist Church and Starlight Enterprises, in lieu of flowers.
