Norma Phillips Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Norma Phillips of Uhrichsville, Ohio. Norma, born on May 12, 1930, passed away on July 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Fouts and Lena Dale Fouts (Morrow); her husband Alfred "Fred" Phillips; her siblings, Floyd Fouts, Shirley White, Sylvia Fouts and Jane Dinger; and her grandson Connor Seevers.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Jean Steele (Blaine) of Uhrichsville and James Phillips (Teresa) of Newport; her brothers, Ronnie Fouts of Newport and Roy Phillips (Janice) of Heath; her grandchildren, Shannon Sanders (Jeff) of Dover, Amanda Roth of Stillwater, Keith Steele (Jessica) of New Philadelphia and Andrew Phillips (Gabby) of Tuscarawas; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Noah, Bayleigh, Owen, Kya, Greyson, Aria and Charleigh. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
