He is survived by: his girlfriend Brenda Hughes; his children, Justin Hughes (Rae Lynn), Kara Hughes and Starr Barbee (Brody); his sisters, Sandy Jones, Ruth Espenschied (Kevin), Mary Jo Keith and Heather Keith; his grandchildren, Oliver, Beatrice, Ruthanne Hughes, Evelyn Hughes and Myles Barbee; his nieces and nephews, Candace Crutchfield, Kyndal Keith, Tracy Lumpcik (Dan), Danielle Kauffman (Chris), Bobbie Jo Hitchcock (Shawn), Brent Jones (Jennifer), Heath Jones, Jamie Jones (Amanda), Craig Smith (Julie) and Christopher Smith; and his brother-in-law Harold Smith. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
