He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Elizabeth Cottrell; his daughters, Carrie Cottrell, Christy Lowe (Matt) and Melissa Cottrell (Robert Smith); his grandchildren, Ava Ramirez, Natalie Ramirez, Nicholas Ramirez, Colin Lowe and Liam Lowe; and his siblings, James Cottrell and Hazel Richards (Virgil).
