He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Traugh and Madeline Traugh; his wife Nancy (Wallace); his daughter-in-law Melody Traugh; and his grandfather Cristian Chavez.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Craig (Marc), Carol Traugh, David Traugh (Kristy) and Charles Traugh (Peg); his grandchildren, Stephanie Colebank, Kasey Matty (Mike), Tiffany Brinkley (Charles), Seth Traugh (Alyssa), Matthew Traugh (Jillian), Jason Craig (Chachie) and Jonathan Craig; and his close friend Connie Dice. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home (547 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside Memorial Park (1025 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312). A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the same location.
