He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl H. Bailey and Lucy Bailey Sr. (Angle); and his siblings, Harriette Paquin and Norman Bailey. He is survived by : his wife Judith E. Bailey (Ferguson); his sons, Matthew Bailey (Stacey), Benjamin Bailey (Monique) and Christopher Bailey (Sally); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Aubrey, Luke, Madeline, Miranda, Callie and Nathan; and his brothers, George Bailey (Lorinda) and Steven Bailey (Susan).
