Fredrick left this world on September 19, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Perkins and Jean Perkins; his son Christopher John Perkins; and his granddaughter Caroline Garretson. He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his stepchildren, Marge Hochstetler and Mel Garretson (Carole); his granddaughters, Katie, Melanie (AJ) and Amber (Casey); his great grandchildren, Logan, Charlie, Chase, Avery and Violet; and his siblings, Roxanne Linn (Norm) and Lloyd Allen Perkins (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
