He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Gifford and Jenni Gifford; his wife Martine; his sisters, Rose Krause and Martha Krause; his father-in-law Donzil A. Hupp; and his son-in-law Randy Goldinger.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Goldinger, Jerry Gifford (Olivia), Teresa Hesson (Gene) and Jana Weaver (Mike); his grandchildren, Laurie (Chris), Randy, Hannah, Harrison, Taylor, Nick (Lori), Camden, Samantha and Madison; his great grandchildren, Zaidyn, Zhyler, Juliana-Amara, Alijah-Kade, Rowen-Valiena, Viridian-Lilith, Victoria, Niko, Ava and Emmett; his sister-in-law Donna Licause (Jack); and his close friends, LaVonne and Danny Wise.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
