He is survived by: his children, Sonya Sowards, Beverly Clark and Steven Nutter; his grandchildren, Aaron Sowards (Hollie), Sarah Blackburn (Lance), Catherine McElroy (John) and Zachary Clark (Anna); and his great grandchildren, Aliyah, Charley, Scarlett, Dominic, Vivian, Aubrie, Lucas and Ashton.
