With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Metz of Uniontown, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary left this world on October 20, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Eaver and Anges Eaver (Kliner); her husband William "Bill" Metz; her daughter Elizabeth "Liz" Young; and her siblings, Anthony "Tony" Eaver and Veronica "Roni" Miller.
She is survived by: her son Andrew "Andy" Metz (Ronda); her grandchildren, Kara Shooks (Brian), Bailey Metz (Mikayla), Derek Young, Nathaniel Young, Zachary Young (Manal) and Wyatt Metz; her great grandchildren, Mercer, Marshall and Oscar; and her siblings-in-law, Carla Eaver and Mervin Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hartville Kitchen's East Banquet Room (1015 Edison St NW, Hartville, OH 44632).
