He is survived by: his wife Nickie Ciolli-Hetrick; his children, Daniel Hetrick (Tonja) and Sarah Kaylor (Paul); his stepchildren, David Ciolli (Mellanie) and Teresa Falkenstein (Keith); his grandchildren, Nathan, Victoria, Benjamin, Megan, Delaney, Joshua, Katie and Christian; his great grandchild Ryder; his sister Lois Stewart; and his friends, Bobby Chalman and Frank Mandl.
