He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Neill (Roth); his children, Megan Frederick (David), Kara O'Neill (Darrell Wallace) and Sean O'Neill (Dena); his grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew, Andrew, Zachary Frederick and Landon Wallace; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Kraynak and Nancy O'Neill.
