With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Rex Nay (Uniontown, Ohio), who passed away on February 13, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Nay and Maxine Nay; his brother William Nay; and his father-in-law Paul Cain. He is survived by: his wife Dena Nay; his children, Caitlin Reynolds (Alex), Lisa Forquer (James) and Spencer Nay (Grace Dumot); his grandchildren, Olivia, Liam, Jack, Elliot and Elizabeth; his brothers, Frank, John and Mike Nay; his mother-in-law Dorothy Cain; and his brothers-in-law, David Long (Carolyn) and Darell Long (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
