He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Morgan, Zachary and Brody; his grandmother Lucille Emerick; his siblings, Debbie Kutzera (Dennis), Belinda Zack (Mike) and Jeff Kutzera (Nancy); his siblings-in-law, Tom Letkiewicz (Kelsey) and Jodi Letkiewicz (Tori); and his parents-in-law, Jeanne and Bob Letkiewicz. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
