Agnes Vorwerk Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2025, Agnes Vorwerk Smith (University Heights, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Richard Vorwerk and Frances Vorwerk Peterson; her stepson Joseph William Smith III; her son-in-law Tim Schallberger; and her granddaughter Meghan Flannery.
She is survived by: her husband J. William Smith; her children, Robert Linton, Jr. (Kris), Christine McComb, Dr. Anne Linton and Mary Linton; and her stepchildren, John Smith (Rosalind), Peggy Smith Flannery (Brian) and Tom Smith. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Marian Chapel - Church of the Gesu (2470 Miramar Blvd, University Heights, OH 44118).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve.
