She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Harker and Mary Harker (Reese); her grandson Jacob Hensley; and her son-in-law Steve Tarini. She is survived by: her husband Fred Hensley; her children, Nancy Tarini and Fred Hensley Jr.; her grandchildren, Kristen Salmans, Andrew Tarini and Jessica Parikakis; her sister Harriett Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Paige Salmans and Luke Parikakis.
