She is survived by: her husband Luther Stephen Jerman; her children, Tracy Ensign (Tom) and Mark Jerman (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Justin Ensign (Megan), Jordan Honaker (Darrell), Taylor Jerman and Jason Jerman. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
