The passing of Jack H. Zweig of Upper Arlington, Ohio occurred on September 18, 2026. Jack, born on February 21, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio, is remembered by those who knew him. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Jack touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his wife Dianna Zweig; his parents, Sylvia Kanvessar and Lou Kanvessar; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Needles. He is survived by: his son Timothy Zweig (Emily); and his stepson Brian Ensminger (Peggy-Ann). He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schoedinger Northwest (1740 Zollinger Rd, Columbus, OH 43221). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to The James Cancer Center at OSU.
