He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Laughlin and Edna Laughlin (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Drew Laughlin (Jess); his stepchildren, Kaitlyn Hasebrook (Alex) and Korey Black (Abby Wimbiscus Black); his grandchildren, Thomas, Atty, Kameron, Christopher and Flora; and his close friend Pete Shapter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paul's memory to the Capital City Hospice for their unwavering love and support during Paul's final months.
