He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Street and Rex Street. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Annie Means; his wife Cyndy Street (McLane); his daughters, Sally Wolfe (Charlie) and Kiki Kullman (Greg); his grandchildren, Olivia, Lucy, Riley Wolfe, Cam and Kyle Kullman; his brother-in-law Thomas Means; and his nieces and nephews, JT (Erin), Andy and Madison (Sam).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the AML Research Fund (#316845) (https://giveto.osu.edu) at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Research Center - Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute or to the Columbus Humane Society in honor of Scott.

“Scott and I both grew up together on Shrewsbury Road. Our houses were about half a block apart. We were both in the same Cub Scout den. We occasionally played together during elementary school years. We were always on great terms whenever we saw each other during later years. I was so sad to read of Scott’s passing but I took comfort in the fact that Scott lived a happy and full life with meaning and loved ones. I offer you my sympathy during this difficult time.
