He was predeceased by: his sister Belinda Henry. He is survived by: his children, Michael David Knighten (Jennifer) of Idaho and Kathleen Harper (Bill) of Santee; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Michael Medlin; and his sister Lois Skidmore. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
