It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Gottfried of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Homer, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeanette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeanette farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hawkworth and Orgie Hawkworth (Marshall); her daughter Andrea; and her brothers, Chuck Hackworth and David Hackworth.
She is survived by: her son Rob L. Gottfried (Terri) of Marion; her grandchildren, Haliana, Skylee and Arison Gottfried; and her siblings, Carl Hackworth (Joyce) of Carey, Sue Hackworth of Fostoria and Darlene Jenkins of Oak Hill, Ohio..
